2teaspoonssugar
1teaspoonbaking powder
3/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
2/3cupwater
1/4cupoil (olive oil, canola oil, or vegetable oil – I used a mix of both olive and vegetable oils)
Suggested Toppings
1/3 to 1/2cuppizza sauce or marinara sauce
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese (or DF cheese)
1/2teaspoonItalian seasoning (optional)
Meat and/or veggies of choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
Add water and oil and stir with a large spoon (wooden spoons work great!) until ingredients are well combined, and a dough is formed.
Line an 11x16" baking sheet with parchment paper. Press or roll dough into the pan (if rolling, use a second sheet of parchment on top to roll out), spreading to the edges.Alternatively, you could roll out into about a 10" round pizza.
Top dough with sauce and your cheese/toppings of choice. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
Bake about 15-18 minutes (depending on amount of toppings–more toppings may take longer), until cheese is golden brown.
