This homemade Honey Barbecue Sauce is sweet, savory, and easy to make with ingredients from your pantry. It’s allergy friendly, and makes excellent homemade Honey BBQ pulled chicken, pulled pork, or boneless ribs. It’s also excellent on meatloaf, burgers, and even chicken nuggets.Recipe makes about 1/2 cup.

Ingredients
⅓cupketchup
1Tbspbrown sugar
1Tbsphoney
1Tbspapple cider vinegar
¼ - ½tspmustard powder(you could substitute prepackaged regular or dijon mustard – just use a bit more)
¾tsppaprika
½tspsalt
⅛tspgarlic powder
⅛tsponion powder
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together in a small saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar is dissolved and sauce has thickened slightly.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready for use. I have stored and used mine safely for at least two weeks.

Time Saver Option: Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, and use as is!
