These egg free Meatballs are simple and versatile, and excellent paired with spaghetti or BBQ sauce. They're versatile and easy to make, and also happen to be dairy free, egg free, and gluten free (make sure your cereal is GF in this case) – meaning almost everyone can enjoy them!

Ingredients
1lb85/15 lean ground turkey
1/2cupcrushed square corn or rice cereal (Chex or similar)
1/3cupapplesauce
2tspItalian seasoning
1tspsalt
1/2tsponion powder
1/4tspgarlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing with a fork or using clean hands.
Using your hands, roll meat mixture into balls, using around 1 heaping Tablespoon for each one. I usually get around 25-30 meatballs per batch (more or less is also fine – just adjust the bake time, and cook to 165F).
Place onto prepared baking sheet, with a gap in between each one. Bake at 425F for around 13-15 minutes, or until beginning to brown and internal temp reaches 165F.
Notes
In place of cereal, you can also use crushed crackers of your choice (I use Ritz). Reduce salt to 1/2 teaspoon if using crackers.
