These simple Garlic Cheddar Biscuits are a great addition to any meal, and come together in a pinch. They’re savory, buttery, garlicky, and taste like they came right out of Cheddar Bay (think Red Lobster). They also turn out great with gluten free all purpose flour!

Ingredients
1cup+ 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
1tspsugar
1 ½tspbaking powder
¼tspsalt
½tspgarlic powder
¼tsponion powder
¾cupshredded cheddar cheese
1 ½Tbspparsley (optional)
¼cupmelted butter
⅔cupmilk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine all dry ingredients. Stir in cheese shreds.
Add milk and melted butter and stir just until combined (do not overwork the batter). Allow to rest for 3 minutes.
Spoon or scoop dough onto baking sheet (makes approximately 8-10 small biscuits).
Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes or until biscuits are light golden brown. Optional: brush biscuit tops with additional melted butter prior to serving.
