These simple Garlic Cheddar Biscuits are a great addition to any meal, and come together in a pinch. They’re savory, buttery, garlicky, and taste like they came right out of Cheddar Bay (think Red Lobster!).

Ingredients
1cup+ 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 ½tspbaking powder
1tspsugar
½tspgarlic powder
¼tsponion powder
¼tspsalt
¾cupshredded cheddar cheese
⅔cupmilk
¼cupmelted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (for best results), or spray sheet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir in cheese shreds.
Add milk and melted butter and stir just until combined (do not overwork the batter).
Spoon or scoop dough onto baking sheet, using about 2 Tbsp per biscuit (a cookie scoop works great for a uniform shape!).
Bake at 425F for 9-11 minutes, or until biscuits are light golden brown. Carefully remove from pan with a spatula. Optional: brush biscuit tops with additional melted butter prior to serving.
