These allergy friendly Garlic Cheddar Biscuits are a great addition to any meal, and come together in a pinch. They’re savory, buttery, garlicky, and taste like they came right out of Cheddar Bay (think Red Lobster 😉 ).
Garlic cheddar biscuits are made in a single bowl with simple ingredients from your fridge and pantry. Less mess, and they’re on the table in no time at all with no special trips to the grocery store.
My cheesy garlic drop biscuits pair well with soups, salads, steak – you name it! We also like to serve these simple egg free biscuits with alongside other appetizers at parties.
What’s even better? You can modify them at home to fit your family’s dietary needs. Egg free and soy free as is, they can also easily be made dairy free / milk free, vegan, or gluten free… which would also make them top 8 free! I’ve used Hungry Harry’s and Namaste GF flours to make these, and both times they turned out great! Just substitute 1:1 for the flour.
My toddler absolutely loves them! *Update – my “toddler” is six now, and still loves them (so does his little sister).

How to Make Garlic Cheddar Biscuits
Using a single bowl, these cheesy little drop biscuits take only a few minutes to mix up and prepare.

One last optional step is to brush the garlic cheese biscuits with melted butter before serving – definitely recommended. Yum!
