Maple Breakfast Sausage with Black Beans and Sweet Potatoes
This flavorful maple breakfast sausage combines pork sausage with black beans, sweet potatoes, and corn. The sweetness from the maple syrup and sweet potatoes is wonderfully balanced with the savory sausage and subtly-southwest inspired spices. Black beans give it a hearty fiber and protein boost, and help cut back on the fat.
