Baked Egg Challenge / Tolerance Recipes
Here you’ll find all of my baked egg tolerance recipes. These recipes contain egg and are baked for 30 minutes or longer. They are intended for those who have passed an allergist-directed baked egg challenge and need to keep eggs in their diet.

So he can tolerate baked egg… now what? I couldn’t exactly serve him the standard “baked egg challenge muffins” three times a week (if you know, you know…). I started experimenting and created my own baked egg tolerance recipes, found below.
As always, use your allergist’s guidance before feeding your egg-allergic child eggs in any form.
