I’ve been making my egg free Pumpkin Cheesecake every Thanksgiving (and sometimes Christmas) for years, and it’s always a hit. Each summer, my eggless Lemon Cheesecake hits our fridge, and is a zesty and tasty break from the summer heat. The classic egg free cheesecake… well, that one is good any time of year!

All three cheesecakes come together quickly, with simply a bowl and an electric hand mixer needed for the filling. I typically use a premade graham cracker crust, but you can also quickly make your own with a few easy ingredients. There are no eggs or special egg substitutes required, and come together quickly.

My classic Egg Free Cheesecake is rich and creamy, and requires no eggs. A traditional baked cheesecake is the perfect dessert for any holiday, and this one is very easy to make. With a hand mixer and a few basic ingredients, you can be enjoying this simple eggless cheesecake as soon as tonight!

Cheesecake has always been one of my favorite desserts to bring to holidays and parties. However, traditional cheesecake recipes are heavy on the eggs, and my son has an egg allergy. After his allergy diagnosis, I set out to create a delicious eggless cheesecake with that traditional cheesecake flavor.

This egg free cheesecake is still baked in the oven, and sets up nicely after chilling. No one misses this eggs in this recipe, and guests still rave about it.

There’s nothing quite like a creamy lemon dessert on a warm summer day. This baked Egg Free Lemon Cheesecake is the perfect combination of zesty and sweet. It’s very easy to make, and is great for parties. The hardest part is the waiting… it takes a while for it to bake, and afterward it needs to chill for several hours before enjoying.

There are different consistencies of cheesecakes out there – this eggless lemon cheesecake holds its shape well and is creamy and rich, similar to a traditional baked cheesecake.

This Egg Free Pumpkin Cheesecake is the perfect combination of pumpkin pie and cheesecake, with no eggs required. It’s SO easy to make (seriously – it can be in the oven in around 10 minutes with a pre-made crust), and a hit at every holiday party I’ve brought it to! Use GF grahams or cookies in the crust for a gluten free version.

Pumpkin Cheesecake has been my go-to dessert for holiday gatherings and parties for over a decade. This cheesecake is something a little different than the holiday classics, that everyone seems to enjoy (even those who don’t like cheesecake!).

When my son was diagnosed with an egg allergy, rather than sacrificing a holiday favorite, I made modifications. Now I make this eggless Pumpkin Cheesecake every year, and nobody can taste the difference.
